Cancellation Policy
1. King of cards does not encourage cancellation of order once
placed. However, the following considerations shall be taken into
account.
2. A customer places the
same order more than once for the same product and same quantity within a span
24 hours.
3. Cancellation shall be
considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order.
However,the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders are
already shipped.
Exchange Policy
Exchange of
products shall be done if an only if
1. A wrong product has been shipped.
2. If the product dispatched is damaged and the same
product is out of stock
No cancellation or exchange request shall be entertained for custom orders and
for orders which require printing
Refund
The refund will be processed for the canceled orders only. Refunds shall be
processed within 21 working days from the date of refund confirmation

No Returns or Exchanges
- Customized Products: All custom wedding cards and personalized products are made to order and tailored to your specifications. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized items, including printed, embossed, or engraved products.
- Non-Customized Products: We also do not accept returns or exchanges on non-customized products. Once an order is placed, it is considered final.
Quality Assurance
We are committed to ensuring the highest quality standards for our products. Each item undergoes a thorough quality check before it is dispatched to you. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please refer to the section below.
Damaged or Defective Products
While we do not accept returns, we do take responsibility for any errors or defects in our products:- Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@kingofcards.in or call us at [+91 63637 26201]. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.
- Resolution: Our team will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement of the defective item at no additional cost to you (Only if not printed) or in worst case scenario we may approve Refund also, depending on the inputs by our Investigation team.
Order Cancellations
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
