We recommend placing your order at least 3–4 weeks before you plan to distribute your invitations. This gives you enough time for design selection, proof approval, printing, and delivery without any last-minute stress.

Do I need one invitation per guest or one per household?

Most families prefer to send one invitation per household, but the final quantity depends on your guest list and personal preference.

Can I order more invitation cards later if I run out?

Yes, you can place an additional order later, subject to design availability and stock. To avoid any issues, we recommend ordering a few extra cards initially.

What if my wedding date or venue changes after I've placed my order?

If your cards have not yet gone for printing, changes can usually be made. However, once printing has started, modifications are not possible. We recommend finalizing all event details before approving your proof.

Do you offer eco-friendly or recycled paper wedding invitations?

At the moment, we do not offer recycled or eco-friendly paper invitations. However, with 4,000+ invitation designs, we offer a wide range of cards to suit different styles and budgets.

How long do printing and shipping take?

Without printing: Delivery usually takes 3–4 business days.
With printing: Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days after proof approval.

Can I get a physical sample before placing my full order?

We do not provide physical samples. However, before printing begins, we share a digital proof for your review and approval to ensure all details are correct.

Is there a minimum order quantity for wedding invitations?

Yes, the minimum order quantity is 100 invitation cards.

Can I get matching thank-you cards, RSVP cards, and other stationery?

Yes. Many of our invitation designs support additional inserts such as RSVP cards, thank-you cards, accommodation details, maps, or other custom inserts based on your requirements.

Do you support multiple languages or scripts on the same invitation card?

Yes. We can print invitations in multiple languages and even combine different languages on the same card, depending on your requirements.

Yes. Our experienced team will guide you with invitation wording, formatting, and traditional etiquette to ensure your invitation is appropriate for your ceremony.

Do you ship internationally, and how long does it take?

Yes, we ship wedding invitations worldwide. After your proof is approved, international deliveries generally take 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination country.

What is your return or cancellation policy once printing has started?
