The rituals involved are considered highly obligatory and performed to invoke the blessings of God. A Muslim wedding better known as Nikaah is observed by signing a marriage contract that binds the bride and groom in a holy union. A Nikaah is observed by a Qazi who oversees the ceremony and performs the ritual that involves the families of the bride and the groom. Make Bible Your Companion Of The Wedding
At KOC we begin our year like every year- talking about wedding and loves to buy! Our huge collection has had a lot of new innovative and outstanding additions and we plan to continue the trend by having more and every type of card we can think about under the sun! The wedding that we have picked this time is a catholic one- an absolute delightful way of starting 2016.
We heard of this Catholic wedding where people took their faith really seriously but they definitely defied boring when it came to incorporating it in the modern wedding party. The décor not only impressed the elderly guests but also the younger brigade which took time noticing and absorbing the thoughtful items and teachings that came right from the holy Bible. Firstly, every table at the do had a small placard that had Bible quotes and psalms. It was a pleasing sight with people stopping by and reading them.
Christian best marriage invitation cards
The bridesmaids had a mini- bible in their hands along with attractive bouquets that created a scene that looked so serene yet powerful. And of course the young bride and groom had their vows put on a board on the platform where they were to get wedded. Special thing to notice here was that the language used resonated with the style of Bible. The beautiful verses related to marriage were put up as hangings and decorative pieces. There were also a stack of Bibles for those who wanted to take them home with themselves.
All in all, it was a wonderful amalgamation of faith, tradition and contemporary sensibilities which pleased everyone at the wedding. Just like this wedding, we at KOC like to impress one and all with our spectacular cards. So if your Christian wedding figures in this year’s calendar, then just get in touch so that we give you your dream and take a look at our wonderful collection of !

Why Going Super Simple On Bridal Look Is A Bad Idea!
We know that our client base is varied and so are their choices and tastes. At KOC we cater every preference through our . They reflect modern sensibilities, carry traditional touches with elegance, take care of religious sentiments- all in all we have a well rounded collection whether you want to go with extravagance or simple sophistication. Now as we are mentioning simple sophistication, we have heard a lot of brides say they want their look to be a simple affair. While we have nothing against simple, we feel that simple is a risky look. Why? Read on to find…..
The almost bride brigade: Every wedding has a share of guests who are actually head turners. Now stealing thunder from the bride is no one’s intention unless of course there is an old score to settle! The problem is if you do not dress up as a bride someone else will and that would be very awkward. In one of the wedding, bride donned a white net saree with colored velvet border. Though she looked every bit elegant, there were other newly married ladies who chose rich golds, maroons, reds and looked more like the bride. Now, we are not saying that reds and maroons is what you must wear but if your ensemble is simple make sure your make up, hair-do and jewellery sets you apart as a bride
Wedding CardsOnes in a lifetime opportunity…..well almost! : It certainly is one exceptional opportunity to wear rich clothes and make up. Even if you choose to wear your wedding dress on somebody else’s wedding, you still won’t be able to pull of that bridal look ever. Besides as we mentioned already, it becomes awkward when you are attracting more eyeballs than the bride!
So how do you balance the gaudy, simple and sophisticated? There are three most visible facets of a bride- clothes, make up and jewellery. We feel, heavy make up most certainly feels cakey and over done. So, go moderate on it. We also feel that it is your wedding dress you that has a lot of potential. You can have a heavy flare and a plain matching bodice with a rich drape. Again do not go overboard with jewellery, just one elaborate neck piece with attractive danglers if chosen right can create the classy magic.
With this byte, let us take you back to our store. As we mentioned that we cater to everyone, so do choose from our vast collection of that range from simple and classy to rich and opulent!

It seems it’s a trend every couple is in love with! So yes more and more weddings are going to flaunt DIY factor and have those special personal touches from the couple and hosts. Outdoors look like the flavour of 2016 and so be prepared to have a celebration amidst sprawling gardens, woods, winery, botanical gardens and such other awesome locations!
Online Indian Wedding Cards
The Mughal and Moroccan styled lamps and lighting would also continue to show up in weddings with floor and low seating. However, use of colour and palette would be far from gaudy. The ambience even with such traditional theme would be modern owing to shades of pastels with some vibrance added here and there! Some weddings might take on a rustic mood with wooden benches and wild flowers and shrub decoration all around the venue and on tables- another reason why outdoors are going to be hot in 2016. The French touch to our Indian food would be more evident than it ever has been before. We expect a lot of “Served at table” dining with small portions presented in OMG! way. So overall it is rule of soft shades except where it is pop culture wedding with delicate portions served right at the table.
We at KOC strive to match up with all ruling trends so if you want your own set of customised, get in touch with us. If there are pieces in our collection that catch your fancy then order for and we will serve it right at your doorstep- a la French!
With all the “feel good” wedding air that surrounded us in the past year and more of it expected in 2016, we wish all our readers and clients a great 2016 ahead!

In Love With Glass!
At KOC we are as much in love with as the wedding themes. Yesterday someone shared their experience of a wedding party that had lot of glassware. And no it was not limited to crockery but extended to décor. It seems the wedding looked spectacular with glass lamps and centrepieces radiating a lot of sparkle but an hour into the wedding, many of the pieces had been smashed by children who attended the do. We can’t even begin to imagine how the host would have felt finding the dream wedding décor turn into a total disaster!
Don’t get us wrong, we are in love with glassware. It is classy, elegant and absolutely gorgeous but there are ways to integrate it in your wedding that are safe and childproof. First of all, try and create a decoration that is propped up high like lamps suspended from ceiling. If at all some pieces need to be on the ground, make sure that they are attached to something unbreakable and solid. For example- a glass encasing propped up on a heavy wooden base that would not topple on a nudge. If glass moulds are part of your centrepieces then place them in the middle, amongst things like flower bouquet and other knick knacks. This will keep them safe and out of reach from younger guests. You can also have tiny glass pieces adorning the walls with flower decoration.
Hindu marriage Invitation card
If your budget allows, then try to get your hands on glassware that is encased within intricate metal frames. Such glass lamps and other decorative pieces do not break easily since they havemetal bracket to hold them in case of a fall. Avoid placing breakable centrepieces around the venue on the ground, they are easy to topple and trust us you cannot even trust adults with them! Another nice way to get the glass creations to do up your wedding is to have only one corner of the entire wedding done up in magnificent glass. This can be the stage or photo booth though we vote for stage because stage is a place where children cannot hover for a long time because of the inflow of guests thereon.
Now that we are done giving tips on incorporating glass in your wedding décor let us talk about our collection. We create our cards keeping our clients in view vis-à-vis the latest trends. Right from our to rest of the creations, we have a piece for everyone. So step into our online portal and be surprised!
